We will be offering telephone and video consultations You can also use the e consult facility on this page.
If a clinician wants to see you following an e consult or phone call you will be invited to attend the surgery for a face to face consultation.
All patients and visitors to NHS services MUST wear a face covering at all times unless exempt.

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING PHLEBOTOMY SERVICES 27.08.2021
A supplier to the NHS has advised us of a global shortage of some equipment used for taking blood tests.
Anyone who needs a test for urgent health problems, will still get one but where your clinician recommends that it’s safe to do so, then you may be asked to come back for a test at a later date, or your appointment may be rescheduled.
Given the nature of the shortage, we cannot give an exact date for when the test will be rescheduled, but please be assured that if your condition or symptoms require it, then you will get a test, and we will be re-booking your test when supplies become more easily available.
If your condition or symptoms change or get worse, please contact the NHS as you would normally.

The doctors and staff at Chislehurst Medical Practice in Kent are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.
We are currently reviewing how we best manage patient demand and for a trial period patients will be unable to submit an Econsult between 6.30pm Friday and 8am Monday (or 00.01am Tuesday following a bank holiday). If you require medical help during this time please telephone 111.
Patients will still be able to access the Econsult service Monday 8am to Friday 6.30pm.
We appreciate your patience and understanding whilst we review our processes.
We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.
All patients are allocated a named GP. If you want details of your allocated GP please ask at Reception.
Our philosophy is continuity of care. This ensures good, cost effective safe Practice for our patients. You may need to wait a little longer to see the clinician currently dealing with your problem.
