Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Joined the Practice in September 2013 and works Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. An advanced Nurse Parctitioner is an alternative healthcare provider who is trained to deliver a high standard of patient care including examinations, diagnosis, prescriptions as appropriate and referrals for investigations and to other health care providers as necessary
She qualified as a Nurse in 1984 and obtained her Advanced Nurse Practitioner Qualification from South Bank University in 2012. She specialises in contraceptive implants.
RGN 1992 has been with the practice since 1995.
Helen's areas of expertise are in Asthma COPD and Women's Health including HRT & menopause advice.

An advanced Nurse Practitioner is an alternative healthcare provider who is trained to deliver a high standard of patient care including examinations, diagnosis, prescriptions as appropriate and referrals for investigations and to other health care providers as necessary
She is responsible for the running of the diabetic clinic providing specialist care for these patients at the surgery.
She also covers routine nursing where required and child immunisations.
Hannah joins us from secondary care where she also continues her role part time
Practice Manager, joined the Practice in 2008. She is in charge of the day to day running of the Practice, financial management and strategic business planning.
Deputy Practice Manager is responsible for the operational management of the Practice and deputises in the Practice manager's absence. She is responsible for investigating and responding to patient complaints. She is the information governance lead for the Practice and responsible for the IT system.
Reception Manager She leads a team of 15 staff with Mrs Pauline Skerrett and is responsible for the day to day running of reception.
Reception Manager joined the Practice in November 2012 and was promoted to job share the Reception Manager role in February 2013. She and Mrs Metcalf are jointly responsible for the management of reception and the team.
